Periodico (2020) – Maremma Toscana DOC
To the nose it feels deep, complex and articulated. Initially, almost impenetrable and ferrous, then gradually it opens to fruity sensations of morello cherry, small wild berries that gradually evolve towards delicate vegetable hints of tomato stem, then sweet spices, and balsamic mint and moss, almost damp undergrowth.
The entry into the palate is decisive, characterized by dense, silky tannins, initially sweet and then gradually more savory; the delicate woody perception supports the fragrant sensation of crunchy plum and raspberry. The balsamic finish seems to never end and draws memories of mint, tomato stem and medicinal herbs.
Tiniatus (2019) – Montecucco DOC
It feels intense and fresh to the nose, with notes of small black fruits, sour cherry in alcohol, officinal herbs and eucalyptus, followed by notes of blueberry and rosehip.
To the palate the sip is vibrant and juicy, characterized by a rare smoothness on a base of sapid, very dense and ripe tannins. The long finish gives flavors of blueberry and sour cherry.
It goes well with Salami, red meats, roasts, grills, small game, fresh cheeses, fish such as salmon or river trout, boiled meats.
Zancona (2022) Toscana Bianco IGT
Bright straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, to the nose is clean and intense, with hints of boxwood and lime on a delicate woody background. By rotating the wine in the glass, clear hints of elderberry and orange blossom are perceived, with gradually more balsamic accents, and then turn to sweet citrus peel and white peach.
On the palate it is very taut, juicy, vibrant, with a very long finish of citrus and mineral memories of flint.
It goes well with first courses of fish, shellfish, fried fish, fried vegetables, fatty cheeses, fish soup, vegetable soups, cereals, boiled meats.

Wildflower Honey

The consistency and taste of Wildflower honey is known for being very changeable according to the seasons. When the chestnuts are in bloom, the honey has more bitterness, while during the acacia season, it will have a lighter and sweeter taste. During springtime it has a liquid and golden consistency that will solidify during cold seasons.

Tiniatus (2018)
Fresh and fruity to the nose with a scent of crunchy and ripe cherry, Mediterranean
scrub and eucalyptus. It feels full and vertical to the palate where the volume is
characterized by an important tannic vein which increases its persistence. The finish
is sweet and enduring, with hints of violet, wild strawberry and walnut husk.

Recognized by the Parks Authority as a Nature Reserve, Le Pianore is a certified organic farm where nature is protected. The farm, located on the slopes of Monte Amiata, is crossed by streams and surrounded by woods populated by lively wildlife.
Our Biodynamic Oil
Our Biodynamic Oil Produced in Le Pianore using biodynamic farming methods and certified organic by the CCPB, our “Dinamico” extra virgin olive oil is the result of careful processing that begins in the field and continues during production.
